MACHINE INTODUCTION: 
1. This line is used to produce pvc pipe by conical twin screw extruder. 
2. The raw material is pvc powder. 
3. As the type of machine, we will provide according to the diameter of pipe which you want to produce. 
4. For producing electric conduit, supply and drain water pipe and so on.
5. Diameter Range: 16-630mm
6. It can also provide two pipes synchronously.

MACHINE FEATURES: 
1. The extruder is designed with powerful conveying brush and combination high efficiency screw. 
2. A separating flow type extrusion die head with central feeding screw. 
3. Vacuum negative pressure calibrating and circulating shower cooling. Water temperature, water level and vacuum degree is automatically controlled. 
4. Haul off system has a pneumatic clamping unit, the clamping force is adjusted by air pressure value. The haul off speed is automatically displayed. 
5. Cutting unit is functioned by hand or automatically. Cutting length can be preset, the capacity is automatically displayed. 
6. The line is designed for produce HDPE, MDPE and PP plastic pipes with different specifications. By using corresponding screw, die head and pipe caliber setting unit, the extruder can produce ABS, PA, PPR, PRT and PVC pipes.
