PPR-Al-PPR Pipe Production Line:
1. PP-R Aluminum pipe is a kind of complex with PP-R and alloy aluminum. PP-R Aluminum stable static pipe adopt the technology of hot melted bind its surface and alloy aluminum of 0.15-0.25mm width, and then covered PP-R or PE of 0.2mm width outside for protection.
2. It has five layers: Polypropylene-glue-aluminum-glue-polypropylene. Aluminum words as the reinforcement agent and blend PP-R and metal. PP-R aluminum stable static pipe.
3. After treatment, aluminum layer has stable machine character of higher intensity and better anti-high temperature.
