PPR plastic pipe machine extrusion line is mainly composed of single screw extruder SJ-65/30 or SJ-90/30, single screw extruder SJ25/25 for mark line, die head and moulds with sizing sleeve, vacuum sizing equipment, sprinkling cooling water tank, haul off, cutter, reversal stacker, etc
We have one layer PP-R pipe plastic machine and multi-layers reinforced PP-R pipe plastic machine.Usual sizes for PPR one layer pipe is from 20mm to 63mm, 40-160mm.
Advantage of ppr pipe extrusion machine :
1.The main machine adopts screws specially used for polyolefin. It possesses features of high production, good plasticization and stable extruding.
2.It is equipped with automatic vacuum appending machines and automatic constant temperature drying hopper

4.Advanced vacuum calibrating method improves the cleanliness and hardness of surface.
