MACHINE INTRODUCTION:
SJSZ Series PVC Sheet/Plate/board Extrusion Production Line is specially used for producing PVC Sheet or PVC Edge Band, suitable in the fields of sanwich panel packaging, stationery, chemicals, construction, household appliances etc. PVC Edge Band cana be used for furniture edge banding and skinning, thermoforming packing and so on.
MACHINE FEATURES:
Products with good plasticization, high tension, products controlling, high production capacity and can be replaced PVC cast sheet.
THIS LINE IS CONSIST OF
1 set of Spring feeder ( loader ) type ZJF-700
1 set of Double-Screw Extruder type
1 set of T-type die head
1 set of three roller calendar,
1 set of cooling frame,
1 set of edge cutting unit,
