MACHINE FEATURES:
-The special separable type mixing screw and the standard designed die with spiral structure & reasonable channel are applicable to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside walls.
-Unique sizing and cooling mode is capable of producing pipes from 50-200mm, production speed is up to 0.6-1.5m/min.
-With high flexibility, various polyolefin material, multi-layer spiral strengthening pipe can be co-extruded for various uses, 80% of recycled material can be used in production.
-Optimized design of copper sizing sleeve which carries precooling and powerful vacuum device is suitable for high speed extrusion.
-Special design for spray cooling trough.
-Cooling water trough is made of stainless steel.
-High efficiency pump and specially designed spray head ensure high efficiency cooling.
-Three dimensional regulation, longitudinal adjustment by motor.
-Advanced co-extrusion technology and max. Use of recycled materials to lower the cost.
TRADE TERMS:
1. Payment Term: 30% for prepayment by T/T, 70% for balanced payment by T/T, or L/C can be acceptable
2. Delivery Time: 40 days after receipt of prepayment.
3. Packing Method: Packing film or wooden case
4. Guaranteed Time: 12 months
MACHINE TEST AND AFTER SERVICE
1. When machine finished, we will invited client come to our factory to check the machine and do the machine test. If machine is ok, then client pay for the balance. And inspect machine load the container.
2. When machine arrives client's factory, if client needs, we will send 1-2 engineer to client's factory do the machine installation and running test, and also train the local worker how to operate and maintain the machine. It is chargeable.
3. 24 hours stand by.
