This line is used to produce PVC marble profile edging line by twin screw extruder.
This product can be used on skirting panel profile for ceiling, wall panel, background wall, window frame, door frame, skirting board, elevator door frame, etc. special for public and private decoration, such as villa, house, hotel, shopping mall, etc.
MARBLE PROFILE FEATURES: 1. Replace all the real marble, green and environmental friendly, also recyclable. 2. Safety, insulation, flame retardant, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, 5% acetic acid. 5% hydrochloric acid, no abnormal surface. Leave the flame for five seconds and can self extinguish. 4. Novel color, a variety of colors available for selection, brilliant color natural and vivid color, any spell group shape, highlight the individuality color. 5. Installation convenience, convenient construction sawing, planing, nail, glue free paint. 6. Long service life can reach more than 10 years. MACHINE TEST AND AFTER SERVICE 1. When machine finished, we will invite client come to our factory to check the machine and do the machine test. If machine is ok, then client pay for the balance. And inspect machine load the container.
2. When machine arrives client's factory, if client needs, we will send 1-2 engineer to client's factory do the machine installation and running test, and also train the local worker how to operate and maintain the machine. It is chargeable.
