MACHINE INTRODUCTION:
This line is used to produce pe single corrugated pipe by single screw extruder.
The raw material is PE/PP pellets.
The type of extruder depends on the specifciation of final products.
Diameter range: 16-63mm
The corrugating machine adopts interchangeable mold blocks for different pipe diameters.
Spray cooling tank ensures uniform cooling and stable pipe shape.
Servo-driven haul-off unit provides precise synchronous speed control.
Automatic coiler cuts and coils the finished pipe to preset length.
