PVC WPC Board Extrusion Production Line with CE and ISO

Mahchine's Introduction:
1. This line is mainly used for producing of PVC windowsill, construction board, wide door plate, cabinet board, indoor/outdoor decorating material, etc.

2. The whole production line includes conical screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, haul-off machine, stackers, as well as other optional auxiliary units.

3. With powerful chiller to guarantee the calibration effect of the products, the extrusion width can be optional between 600-1250mm.

4. International brand speed governor, bearing the advantages of the wide governing range, high thermocontrol precision, convenient and reliable operation, etc.

5. Catepillar haul-off unit adopts precision reduction motor, with speed controlled by inverter, it has the advantages of the reasonable structure, large traction power, stable hauling, etc.

6. Cutting unit bears the advantages of reliable working, high-precision cutting, etc. PLC programming control of famous domestic brand controlling system is adopted for the auxiliary units, which is stable and reliable.

V. Trade Terms

Payment Term: 30% for prepayment by T/T, 70% for balanced payment by T/T, or L/C can be acceptable
Delivery Time: 40 days after receipt of prepayment.

VI. Machine Test and After Service

When machine finished, we will invited client come to our factory to check the machine and do the machine test. If machine is ok, then client pay for the balance. And inspect machine load the container.
When machine arrives client's factory, if client needs, we will send 1-2 engineer to client's factory do the machine installation and running test, and also train the local worker how to operate and maintain the machine. It is chargeable.
