PVC Roof Sheet Production Extrusion Line (SJSZ-80/156)


Instruction:
The unit is comprised by a conical twin-screw SJSZ-80/156.
And corresponding wave plate forming machine, tractor and cutting machine.

For production of high quality roof board, our roof production line/board production line, is specially equipped with conical twin screw extruder for better plasticization effect and average density of final product. The production range can be enlarged by changing different moulds.

Final Product Specifications:
This PVC Roof Board Production Line  can be used for producing Ceiling Solid Boards with width 10 cm - 40 cm, thickness 5 mm - 12 mm.

Machine Test and After Service

1.    When machine finished, we will invite client come to our factory to check the machine and do the machine test. If machine is ok, then client pay for the balance. And inspect machine load the container.
2.    When machine arrives client's factory, if client needs, we will send 1-2 engineer to client's factory do the machine installation and running test, and also train the local worker how to operate and maintain the machine. It is chargeable.
