I. Machine Introduction 

PVC Pipe Extrusion Line is mainly used in manufacture of PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness which used in the industries, agriculture and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc. 
Suitable to produce UPVC, CPVC pipe
Pipe Diameter: 16-630mm
By different diameter, it may need different type of machine. 

 

II. Production Process Flow 

Extruder-Mould-Vacuum Cooling-Haul-off -Cutting-Staker-Check-Pack. 

III. Machine Features

The extruder and haul-off machine adopt the imported AC frequency control device.
Haul-off machine of different specifications, such as two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws etc are designed for different requirements.
It is additionally attched with length measuring apparatus and thickness increasing device.
The unit is of reliable performance and high production efficiency

V. Trade Terms 

Payment Term: 30% for prepayment by T/T, 70% for balanced payment by T/T, or L/C can be acceptable

VI. Machine Test and After Service 

When machine finished, we will invited client come to our factory to check the machine and do the machine test. If machine is ok, then client pay for the balance. And inspect machine load the container. 
When machine arrives client's factory, if client needs, we will send 1-2 engineer to client's factory do the machine installation and running test, and also train the local worker how to operate and maintain the machine. It is chargeable.
